A governmental project called A.C.E was recently created after multiple years of investigation into a strange facility. A.C.E stands for Adaptability, Change, and Environment. This time we follow the story of a subject, changing the environment and testing the adaptability of one of the most promising tennis players that had been living in Japan. Not only two new transfers have appeared in recent days at this prestigious High School.

But according to a recent program, there has been a new student transfer, rather unusual, according to the time he is appearing. The time is set in a different year, according to the readings and some information provided by the subject that has been questioned before he arrived in Japan.

The project was hidden from all governmental agencies and was recently discovered after the extinction of humans on earth around 65 million years in the future. Evolution made a new race called Beastmans, according to the subject, his time is similar to the current one. There are still humans in stasis, but according to the investigation.

They are not to be awakened until another millennium, or by the automatic stasis program. This subject's purpose is to see if there is a possibility of coexistence with the new inhabitants after the mysterious extinction of the human race. No records of what time and technology was used, even after the discovery of such a facility.

The access is only available to the ones that exited the stasis. Noting that the subject is an 18-year-old, Male, Human from cultural background of the United States and México. All the names are equal to when he entered stasis. There seems to be a strange coincidence of naming after years had passed and their extinction.

The number of humans conserved under the watch of the government is six thousand, all divided into six facilities around the world. One was recently discovered in the United States, where Dan-Elius Qelgar has been awakened. In total, only five hundred humans had exited the stasis and had joined the new society.

The current government has the people in stasis join a new program. Which includes access to living in the new world paid for two years and then paying back by working and providing information about their new settlements. The investigation is in progress and a few are still providing information.

This investigation's purpose is to find and analyze what new technology they can provide. Some seem to have access to unnatural states of consciousness. While others have augmentations of technology, even if their memories are behind the technology they carry. Others find new information and technology that humans discover.

The recent one is a scan of some kind that allows them to better diagnose people. It is still in its early stages, including a few that previously existed. Like CRISPR, humans have improved on it and have advanced their technology with their arrival. Allowing medicine to advance faster than it used to.

The joining of the new species has been a bit slow but accepted, many of which are covered under the laws of their old world. And have the same opportunities as any citizen. Still, some aren't as accepting as others, creating trouble and sometimes there have been a few criminal cases of people killing humans.

Children are still under government protection, but only adults seem to be affected by the opposing group. The current cases that have been recorded are 25 killings of humans, 10 accidental fatalities, and 17 deaths due to diseases. 52 Humans in total have lost their lives in the two recent years, and many have suffered due to this.

Still, the stasis program seems to be working in favor of the people that die. Many of the deaths, seem to awaken new humans to keep the five hundred people awaken in check. Almost as if their deaths were predicted. Which creates a bit of commotion among the populace, due to the stable number of humans.

The terms of the government program are the following:

1. Free apartment/housing according if they left stasis with family or alone. The apartment is given to those that left stasis and/or have no family. Housing is provided for those who left stasis with their families. Housing is permanent after paying a minimal amount after the covered period. After that, they are required to make payments until the house is fully paid.

The apartment is temporary and currently not available to be purchased unless a settlement contract is done with the owner of their current living space. The coverage of the apartment/housing is temporary, only covering the first three years of housing and two years for apartments.

2. Access to free public transport. Many have been equipped with free public transportation. But there are a few that have entered society with the new government laws and have acquired driving licenses and helped with financing vehicular transport. In other words, they bought or are paying for a car.

3. A small temporary salary is offered, enough to pay bills and be able to buy food. This includes child support, even for those who are not under the United States government. Though only, child support stays constant until children reach 18-years-old. Salary is cut after the two-year grace period, depending on their release.

Due to some time that exiting the facilities and Military bases that scientists would hold to finish research. They had a few holding banking and financing counseling while they were treated, trained, and investigated.

4. Health care is given even in countries with low access. They have priority over anyone else, but healthcare is not free for them. A few have faster and better access to better health treatments. They can provide for those in need, too. Helping beastman has provided peace between some skeptical people and greatly reduced misconceptions.

5. Tuition is paid for those who are still able to continue studying and are alone. Those who are with families require applying for scholarships. They are covered for their first year if their parents can find a job in the first year they left stasis. After a year passes, they are required to pay for tuition.

If they are unable, the government will separate the children like always and give them a full program to be able to study. They will take the benefits of living alone if they are between the ages of sixteen and eighteen. Younger will only have free studies until they reach High School and are of age (18 years old).

6. Jobs are accessible to their race and priority, but they are still required to take testing or evaluation like any other citizen. They also have to follow the same process to win a job raise, there will be constant investigations where humans work, making sure that they have been given a raise by the proper channels/protocols.
